Height

Any window facing a public street shall be kept transparent. Nothing shall be installed or positioned on the window to block the window's transparency (such as signage, films, fixtures, or furnishings). Interior or exterior decorative window treatments that do not obscure more than 50 percent of the required transparency are allowed.
