• All streets paved to minimum standards

  All streets shall be paved to at least the minimum applicable standard specifications of the town.

• Dead-end street sign

  All cul-de-sac and dead-end streets shall be marked with a sign indicating 'Dead End.'

• Road paving for lots 5 to 20 acresacre43,560 square feet — about the size of an American football field without the end zones.

  In any subdivision where all lots are five acres or more or less than 20 acres in size, roads may generally be unpaved (no surface course) according to the following requirements: ... All collector streets shall be paved. All section line streets shall be paved.

• Road paving for lots less than 5 acresacre43,560 square feet — about the size of an American football field without the end zones.

  In any subdivision where one or more lots are less than five acres in size, all roads shall be paved and shall be constructed to town's standards as provided herein.

• Street clearing and gradingGrading (cut & fill)Reshaping land by removing earth (cut) or adding it (fill), often capped by volume.

  All streets and public ways shall be cleared and graded to their full width of right-of-way and to the established and approved grade as set out in section 34-151.

• Street signs required

  Street signs identifying streets by name or number shall be installed in accordance with section 34-155.

• Warning and regulatory signs

  Warning and regulatory signs including stop, yield, etc., shall be installed in accordance with specifications and regulations used by the county road department and must be in compliance therewith.
