Parking

• Bicycle parking max distance from entrance150 ft

  Bicycle parking facilities shall be conveniently located, but in no case shall such facilities be located more than 150 feet from the primary building entrance

• Bicycle parking ratio0.1 spaces per vehicle space

  Bicycle parking spaces shall be provided at the rate of one bicycle space for every 10 required off-street parking spaces for vehicles.

• Compact car credit10 pct

  Spaces meeting only the dimensional requirements for compact cars may be credited for compliance with up to 10% of the minimum number of parking space standards

• Cross-access minimum width24 ft

  Cross-access ways shall allow for two-way traffic between parcels through the use of a single drive aisle with a minimum width of 24 feet

• Cross-access one-way minimum width15 ft

  or through two one-way aisles, each with a minimum width of 15 feet
