No building or structure shall be used, occupied, developed, located, relocated, constructed, reconstructed, enlarged or structurally altered except in compliance with the terms and provisions of this chapter and any other applicable ordinances and regulations. Compliance shall require the issuance of a permit by the Director of Code Administration.
