Lighting

  • Financial institution lighting downward

    Exterior lighting shall face downward and be compatible with the surrounding neighborhood.

Financial institutions shall comply with the following general standards: a. Exterior lighting shall face downward and be compatible with the surrounding neighborhood. b. Entrances to the site shall be minimized and located in such a way as to maximize safety, maximize efficient traffic circulation, and minimize the impact on any surrounding residential neighborhood. c. Loading areas shall be located as to minimize the impact on the surrounding neighborhood.
