The following general standards shall apply to all shopping centers: a. Entrances to the site shall be minimized and located in such a way as to maximize safety, maintain efficient traffic circulation, and minimize the impact on any surrounding residential neighborhood. b. The scale, massing, and building design shall be compatible with surrounding developments. The structures shall be street oriented with pedestrian entrances from the street. c. No outdoor display of goods shall be permitted.
