The event shall not last for more than seven (7) consecutive or non-consecutive days up to a maximum of four (4) times per calendar year

The event shall not last for more than one (1) day a week for no more than twenty-eight (28) total days per calendar year

When any event is held on property zoned or used for residential purposes, the area where it is held must be at least three (3) acres in size.
