Site plan shall delineate play areas, fencing and other structures or features required for licensure.

All child care facilities shall comply with licensing requirements of Virginia Department of Education and applicable structural requirements of Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code.

Any child care facility operated other than as a home occupation and located outside the O&I district shall require a conditional use permit. Must comply with state licensing and building code.
