Zoning administrator may approve extension up to 74 days beyond the 16-day period if structure is damaged and undergoing renovation with valid building permit.

No more than two portable storage containers shall be located on a single lot or parcel of land.

Portable storage containers shall not remain on lots or parcels longer than sixteen consecutive calendar days and no more than sixteen calendar days per calendar year.
