  • Abandonment period12 months

    If the use of a personal wireless service facility is discontinued for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, the county shall deem it abandoned.

  • Special exception for avoidance areas

    Applications proposing to site a personal wireless service facility in an avoidance area shall include a radio frequency propagation plot... Any permits for such applications shall be subject to the special exception process.
