Height
The maximum height restrictions for residential and other uses shall conform to those of the underlying zoning district in Section 803.

The developer of the single-family attached dwelling development shall establish a non-profit association, corporation, trust, or foundation of all individuals or corporations owning property within the development to ensure the maintenance of any open spaces.

The minimum acreage for a single-family attached dwelling development shall be three (3) acres. The maximum lot coverage shall be forty (40) percent.
