Only the following vehicles may be parked in single-family residential districts: passenger vehicles designed to transport 15 or fewer passengers, including the driver; pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of less than 10,000 pounds; or any vehicle used by an individual solely for his own personal purposes, such as personal recreational activities.
