When lighted, off-street parking, loading, and circulation areas shall be lighted so as to prevent glare or illumination exceeding maximum allowable levels on adjacent land (see Table 72-58.2D, Maximum Illumination Levels), and unless exempted, shall comply with the standards of § 72-58, Exterior lighting.
