Except for single-family detached and single-family attached dwellings, and duplexes, and as provided for in § 72-53.3F, all off-street parking, loading, and circulation areas shall be surfaced with asphalt, concrete, brick, crushed stone (within floodplain areas), pavers, aligned concrete strips, or an equivalent material.
