A minimum of 10% of the development site shall consist of formal open space. The formal open space must be in the form of a plaza, playground, square, or courtyard. A minimum of 25% of the perimeter of the formal open space shall adjoin a street. Formal open space shall have a minimum length and width of 25 feet, with a maximum length-to-width ratio of 1:4.
