If any provision of this Zoning Ordinance is held to be invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

If any provision of this Zoning Ordinance is held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this Zoning Ordinance shall not be affected and shall continue in full force and effect.
