Design

    The sound level for emergency generators shall not exceed 70 dB at the property limits and testing shall only be between 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

  • Balloon test required

    The applicant shall arrange to raise a balloon ... at the maximum height of the proposed facility and within fifty (50) horizontal feet of the center of the proposed TASF.

  • Concealed TASF in residential districts only on non-single-family residential lots

    In residential districts, new concealed TASFs shall only be permitted on lots whose principal use is not single-family residential including but not limited to: schools; places of worship; and fire stations, parks, and other public property.

  • Emergency generators allowed

    Emergency Generators shall be allowed at each TASF site.

  • Equipment compound restrictions

    The fenced-in compounds shall not be used for the storage of any excess equipment or hazardous materials. No outdoor storage yards shall be allowed in a TASF equipment compound, and the compound shall not be used as habitable space.

  • Grading shall be minimized and limited only to the area necessary for the new TASF and equipment compound.

  • Minimum antenna arrays for TASF up to 120 ft3 arrays

    All TASFs up to 120 feet in height shall be engineered and constructed to accommodate no less than three (3) antenna arrays.

  • Minimum antenna arrays for TASF 121-150 ft5 arrays

    All TASFs between 121 feet and 150 feet in height shall be engineered and constructed to accommodate no less than five (5) antenna arrays.

  • Minimum antenna arrays for TASF over 151 ft6 arrays

    All TASFs taller than 151 feet in height shall be engineered and constructed to accommodate no fewer than six (6) antenna arrays.

  • Non-concealed attachments only on electrical transmission and light stanchions
