Landscaping & trees

• Invasive species prohibitedProhibitedNot allowed in the district at all, short of rezoning or a variance.

  Species identified on the Invasive Alien Plant Species of Virginia list published by the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation may not be used in any circumstance.

  The maintenance bond shall be in the amount of one-third (1/3) the value of the landscaping
