- Site plan exemptions
no site plan shall be required for the following: 1. Construction of, or addition to, a single family dwelling on an individual lot. 2. Construction of, or addition to, a two-family dwelling on an individual lot. 3. Accessory structures to single-family dwellings (not meant for commercial use). 4. Accessory buildings or structures on property used for the growing of agricultural crops, livestock, or forestry timber when such buildings or structures are necessary for such growing. 5. Harvesting of plants or trees growing on the site. 6. Clearing of a site for use for agricultural or pasture purposes.
