Open space shall be designated and shall be dedicated to public use or subject to easements in a form approved by the governing body and the County Attorney as sufficient to restrict the land subject thereto as provided herein.
"open space" shall mean land or water left in undisturbed natural condition and unoccupied by building lots, structures, streets and roads and parking lots.

For purposes of this chapter, except as otherwise provided in this chapter, "open space" shall mean land or water left in undisturbed natural condition and unoccupied by building lots, structures, streets and roads and parking lots.
