Signage
- Maximum front sign area50 pct
No more than 50% of the total sign area may be displayed on the front of the building.

The remaining 50% may be distributed on the sides and rear of the building, with a maximum of 25% distribution per side and a maximum of 50% distribution on the rear of the building.
