Floodplain

Manufactured homes used pursuant to this section shall comply with the Flood Protection subsection of this chapter found in Section 22-17-8A et seq.
Frontage
The minimum frontage for each manufactured home lot shall be sixty feet (60') with a minimum thirty feet (30') street frontage.

Manufactured home parks shall be located fifty feet (50') or more from any street right-of-way but not less than seventy-five feet (75') from the center line of the street.

Each manufactured home park shall be subject to the provisions of Article 23: Site Development Plans of this chapter.

Parking

From the ordinance
In Manufactured Home Park, District MHP, only one mobile or manufactured home and its accessory uses and structures shall be permitted on each minimum lot area.
