Bed-and-breakfast establishments shall be subject to the following requirements: Permitted only in single-family dwellings with a special use permit in all residential districts. Permitted by right in the Commercial District. A maximum of five guest rooms in main structure, with a maximum occupancy of 15 persons. One off-street parking space shall be provided for each guest room.
