From the ordinance
The minimum lot size for apartment developments is 10,000 square feet for an apartment structure having three units, with an additional 2,000 square feet of lot area for each additional unit above three. There shall be no more than 10 units contained in any one structure. Maximum building height shall be 45 feet from grade. Off-street parking shall be provided at the rate of three spaces for each apartment unit.
