- Parking space dimensions
Each space shall be a minimum of 10 feet by 20 feet.
From the ordinance
Minimum lot size for townhouse construction: 15,000 square feet. Maximum building height shall be 45 feet from grade. Off-street parking shall be provided at the rate of three spaces for each townhouse unit.
