From the ordinance
The minimum lot area shall be 10,000 square feet. Buildings shall be located 30 feet or more from any street right-of-way. Within the Industrial District, each side and rear yard shall be a minimum of 20 feet. Buildings may be erected up to a height of 45 feet.
