  • Certificate of occupancy issuance timeline

    The certificate shall be issued within 10 days after the erected building or structural alteration of such building or part has conformed with the provisions of this chapter, the Uniform Statewide Building Code and other pertinent state regulations.

  • Certificate of occupancy required

    Land may be used or occupied and buildings which have been structurally altered or erected may be used or changed in use only after a certificate of occupancy has been issued by the Administrator.
