Every mobile home occupied as a dwelling unit located in the Town of Crewe after the date of the adoption of this ordinance shall meet the minimum standards for plumbing, heating and electrical systems as defined by the American Standards Associations Project A119.1 approved March 12, 1963, as revised periodically.
