For non-residential development proposed in the approximated floodplain district, the applicant must use technical methods that correctly reflect detailed hydrologic and hydraulic analyses.
- Minimum lowest floor elevation1 ft
When such base flood elevation data is utilized, the lowest floor shall be elevated to a minimum of one foot above the base flood level.

In the approximated floodplain district, all development and uses shall be the same as permitted in the floodway district. For non-residential development proposed in the approximated floodplain district, the applicant must use technical methods that correctly reflect detailed hydrologic and hydraulic analyses.
