• Max block length before requiring pedestrian shortcut400 ft

  Where feasible, blocks longer than 400 feet shall provide pedestrian short cuts at mid-block locations

• Min right-of-way width50 ft

  For roads not designated in the Comprehensive Plan, the minimum right-of-way width shall be 50 feet

• Min pedestrian connection width in UR/MU6 ft

  Provide at least one dedicated pedestrian network across and/or throughout the development defined with minimum six-foot-wide sidewalks
