From the ordinance
Communication tower height shall be limited based upon the height limitations shown on the zoning map layer titled Special Height Limitations for Communication Towers. Specifically, the height of a communication tower is limited to either 199 or 300 feet, depending upon the location of the property, and shall meet the principal structure setback requirements for the applicable zoning district.
