• Max block length in UR and MU districts400 ft

  Where feasible, blocks longer than 400 feet shall provide pedestrian short cuts at mid-block locations

• Min right-of-way width for unlisted roads50 ft

  For roads not designated in the Comprehensive Plan, the minimum right-of-way width shall be 50 feet

• Min pedestrian connection width in UR and MU districts6 ft
