RC, SR, SC, and SU Districts: Amateur radio antenna shall not exceed 75 feet in height. Antenna less than 50 feet in height shall meet the accessory structure setbacks for the applicable district. Antenna 50 feet or more in height may be attached to the side or rear of a principal structure meeting the setback requirements of the applicable zoning district. If detached, it shall meet the side and rear yard setbacks required for a principal structure and a front yard setback of the lesser of one-half the average depth of the lot or 80 feet.
