In the RC district, the gross square footage of all accessory buildings on a lot shall not exceed 200% of the gross floor area of the principal dwelling, excluding any basement. In SR, SC, SU, AR districts, the gross square footage of all accessory buildings on a lot shall not exceed the gross floor area of the principal dwelling. In TR districts, accessory buildings shall not cover more than a collective total of 225 square feet on a lot recorded on or after November 13, 1985, or 100 square feet on a lot recorded prior.
