All mechanized car washing activity must occur within an enclosed building. Entry and exit points of a car wash bay or tunnel shall not face a Residential District. Equipment for vacuuming vehicle interiors: 1. Shall not be located between the building and the right-of-way; 2. Shall be compatible with the building colors; and 3. Be located a minimum of 10 feet from abutting property. Use is not located within the VO District.
