The number of parking spaces required for developments in the O&I, AC, B-1, B-2, M-1 and M-2 zoning districts shall be one (1) parking space for every two hundred (200) square feet of gross floor area devoted to office space, customer service or retail sales and one-half (.5) parking space for every one thousand (1,000) square feet of remaining gross floor area.
