  Bollards limited to one per corner plus one in front, maximum of five, located within five feet of unit, painted white or neutral, no signage.

• Generator pre-wiring required

  Each unit pre-wired to connect to a generator, marked with type, emergency contact info displayed.

• Maximum units per parcel1 unit

  Only one (1) self-service ice vending unit shall be permitted per parcel.

• Mechanical equipment screening

  All mechanical equipment, including roof equipment, screened by parapet or mansard roof design.

• Minimum distance from residential100 ft

  A self-service ice vending unit shall be no closer than one hundred (100) feet to any property zoned or used for residential purposes.

• Parking analysis required if in existing lot

  If placed within an existing parking lot, applicant must ensure loss of parking does not reduce required minimum parking.

• Removal within 30 days of closure

  Within thirty (30) calendar days of closure, owner shall remove all equipment and appurtenances.

• Signage limits

  Each unit limited to amount of wall signage per article 14, no more than two wall signs; freestanding, temporary, portable signs prohibited.

• Skirting material requirement

  Skirting material around entire foundation composed of brick, stone, stone-faced concrete block, stucco, or approved material.

• Standalone parking requirements

  If on vacant parcel or standalone, required paved access drive, minimum two off-street parking spaces, plus one handicap accessible space.

• City water connection required

  Each unit connected to city water; waste water discharge to adequate outfall, or city sewer if not acceptable stormwater.
