Parking

Areas devoted to parking shall not exceed one (1) parking space per 180 square feet of gross floor area unless the developer or applicant provides the director of planning with an independent study showing the need for a greater number of spaces.

All retail establishments having a gross floor area exceeding 50,000 square feet shall conform with the development criteria contained herein.
