Minimum lot size: 15,000 square feet. Minimum lot width: 90 feet. Minimum lot frontage: 72 feet. Front yard: 25 feet from public streets, 15 feet from private streets. Side yard: 15 feet from other lot lines, with additional requirements for certain conditions. Rear yard: 25 feet. Max lot coverage: 35%. Max height: 35 feet.
