Minimum lot sizes may vary to a minimum of 10,000 square feet, provided that no more than 25 percent of the lots in any single development are less than 12,000 square feet in lot area. Minimum lot width: 80 feet for lots less than 12,000 sq ft, 90 feet for others. Minimum lot frontage: 64 feet for 80-ft width, 72 feet for 90-ft width. Side yards: not less than 20% of lot width, min 6 feet.
