Signage

• Illumination restrictions in residential districts

  Illuminated signs in residential districts shall be prohibited except for signs at entrances to residential developments illuminated by indirect lighting, and signs associated with lawful nonresidential development upon specific approval in a conditional use permit. Internal illumination is prohibited.
