  A conditional use permit shall be required for any eating or drinking place selling alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption that is open after 12:00 a.m. within 200 feet of residential, or adjacent to church, school, hospital, or daycare.

• Animal crematory restrictions

  Animal crematories shall only cremate or otherwise dispose of animal remains. No animal crematory shall cremate or otherwise dispose of any human remains.

  A conditional use permit shall be required for any central disposal system, including private sewage package plants, and for any regional drainfield serving more than one residential dwelling unit.

• Compliance with Design Guidelines Manual

  All mixed use development should be designed, constructed, and maintained in conformance with the guidelines and standards set out in the 'Design Guidelines Manual' incorporated into the adopted Comprehensive Plan as Appendix M.

• Driving range netting requirements

  Netting shall be required for driving ranges along any property line less than 150 yards to rear/side of tee area or less than 300 yards in front; netting not less than 35 feet in height.

• E-commerce last mile delivery vehicle remote parking hubs

  E-Commerce 'last mile' delivery vehicle remote parking hubs shall operate in compliance with section 13-3000. Any use that cannot comply shall require a conditional use permit.

• Enclosed building requirement

  All activities, including storage, shall be conducted within a completely enclosed building.

• Permanent cosmetic tattooing in beauty shops

  A beauty shop may offer permanent cosmetic tattooing and/or reconstructive tattooing as part of a full-service beauty salon, conducted as an accessory service.

• Probation, parole and similar services prohibition

  Probation, parole and similar correctional or penal services shall be prohibited if located within 1,000 feet of any property used for school, residential, child care, public park, or religious purposes.

• Satellite wagering establishment restriction

  No satellite wagering establishment shall be permitted within 200 feet of any lot line of any property zoned or used for residential purposes.

• Tattoo parlor separation

  No tattoo parlor shall be located within 600 feet of any other tattoo parlor.

• Compatibility of uses and structures

  Mixed use developments shall be carefully planned so that the land uses and densities blend-in and contribute to the area they are located in a positive manner.
