- Similar use exception
In those instances in which a proposed use is not listed in a table, but is determined by the zoning administrator to be of a similar nature or character as a listed use, and such proposed use is also included within the same 'major group' category as such listed use in the most recent edition of the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, such proposed use may be treated in the same manner as the listed use.
