Any person, whether as owner, lessee, principal, agent, employee or other, who violates any of the provisions of this article or permits any such violation or fails to comply with any of the requirements hereof or who erects any building or uses any building or any land prior to the approval of an as-built site plan by the zoning administrator shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to punishment as provided by the Code of the City of Buena Vista.
