From the ordinance

'Mixed Use Business (MXB-HT)' means the subdistrict established by this ordinance to accommodate a mix of commercial, residential, and civic uses along high-volume thoroughfares. This subdistrict shall be applied to all properties designated as MXB-HT on the zoning map.
