Signage

• Maximum A-frame sign heightMaximum heightThe tallest a building may be, given in feet, in storeys, or both — whichever binds first.4 ft

  A-frame sign means a two-faced sign with supports that are connected at the top and separated at the base, forming an 'A' shape not more than four feet high.

  Be no larger than ten (10) square feet;

  Temporary sign means a sign that can be is displayed for no more than 30 consecutive days at one time; for a maximum of two (2) 30-day periods, separated by no less than one week, during a calendar year.

  One or more permanent window signs which do not exceed 25% of the area of a single window, where the aggregate area of window signs on the same elevation does not exceed 25% of the gross window area of the same elevation.
