The minimum setback from the boundary of the property on which the telecommunications tower or facility is located shall be equal to one hundred ten (110) percent of the 'fall-zone' as certified by a licensed engineer; should the 'fall-zone' be equal to the height of the telecommunications tower or related facility, the minimum setback shall be equal to one hundred ten (110) percent of the height of the tower.
