The container does not remain on the lot or parcel longer than thirty (30) consecutive days and no more than sixty (60) calendar days per year. The container shall not obstruct the view of pedestrians or motor vehicles entering the street right-of-way. The container shall not be located in the street and/or public right-of-way.
