Each mobile home shall have skirting around its perimeter to screen its wheels, under carriage and tongue. Skirting must be installed within thirty (30) days after occupancy of the unit.
From the ordinance
Structures to be erected or land to be used shall be for the following uses: Mobile homes... The permitted density of any PMH development shall not be more than five (5) dwelling units per acre. The minimum lot size for each mobile home lot shall be twenty-eight hundred (2,800) square feet... The maximum height of any building or structure other than a mobile home shall be thirty-five (35) feet. Open space shall comprise at least twenty-five (25) percent of the total gross area of the PMH development.
