Said office or trailer must be removed from the premises within 30 days of issuance of the certificate of occupancy.

Commercial use types may include, but not be limited to, the following uses, activities, or structures on the same site or lot: Parking for the principal use. Accessory storage buildings or areas. One accessory dwelling unit occupied by employees responsible for the security of the use. Other uses and activities necessarily and customarily associated with the purpose and function of commercial use types, as determined by the Zoning Administrator. Construction office or trailer associated with active construction on a site. Said office or trailer must be removed from the premises within 30 days of issuance of the certificate of occupancy.
